搖滾步 Top Rock
搖滾步通為開舞動作霹靂舞者在仍處於站姿的時候開始跳舞。
下地板
下地板這個動作正如其名
舞者下移到地板上;這個轉換動作開啟霹靂舞的主要部分。
排腿
排腿是需要相當多技巧、快速移動雙腳的動作。
霹靂舞者以手撐住地板;然後讓自己隨著音樂快速舞動雙腳。
定格
在定格類的舞步中,舞者會保持一個動作幾秒鐘;這樣做是為了將注意力帶到某個姿勢,或是為了配合音樂。
大地板
大地板是霹靂舞最刺激的部分;霹靂舞者會將自己整個人都拋飛旋轉起來!
翻滾
翻滾就是舞者全身在空中翻轉;這需要大量的練習才能在最後以腳落地!
