Well, we have a vacancy in the sales department.

Did someone quit?
No. We've just had a large amount of work lately.
Yes, I've heard you've sold a lot of insurance policies lately.
Actually, we exceeded our sales target last year.
Now these policies need to be renewed.
How does that increase the work for the team?
Some of the customers might let their policies run out.
So, we need new staff to call them and persuade them to sign a new policy.

When do you want the new person to start?
November 2, if possible.

Salesperson Wanted at AMC Insurance
AMC Insurance is looking for a friendly person to deal with insurance sales.
To be a candidate for this job, you should have a degree in business and an understanding of the insurance industry.
Some previous experience in sales would be ideal.
You must have excellent computer skills and a polite telephone manner.
In this role, you will call existing customers and ask them to renew their insurance policies before they expire.
You will try to retain the customer's business by answering any questions or concerns they may have.
We will offer training so that you will gain a complete understanding of AMC's insurance products.
You will be expected to sign a one-year contract that starts on November 2, 2020.
The hours will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Benefits include national medical premiums and ten days of paid holiday leave.
