淨灘活動將人們聚集起來，一同清除海灘垃圾。
許多不同類型的組織機構都會舉辦灘活動，他們通常會和地政府合作，以便妥善處理活動所拾集的垃圾。
我先生喬許和我都會盡量參加淨灘活動。
我們甚至在部落格分享過我們兩個有多麼喜歡淨灘；這是我們最喜歡做的事情之一。
你可能不認為撿垃圾有多好玩。
不過清理海灘，特別是垃圾很多的海灘，非常值得去做；淨灘活動是改善環境、活動身體、結交新朋友的好方法。
有些海灘布滿超多垃圾，看起來似乎不可能清理乾淨。
但因為你與一群志工夥伴戮力以赴，在短短幾個小時裡就能獲得豐碩成效。
等到淨灘結束之後，大家都會因為看到成果而大受鼓舞。
