然後牠們會追蹤該氣味，一直到找到偷獵者。
水上救援義大利海岸防衛隊徵召了紐芬蘭犬的正式協助，且巧妙暱稱其為「救生犬」。
這些溫和、聰明的超級巨星援救陷入險境的溺水者。
受訓後，紐芬蘭犬能夠從直升機或快艇中跳入水裡。

Earthquake rescues
When the earth shakes violently, buildings collapse, trapping people under fallen debris. Enter the superstars who sniff out people who are trapped.
Countless lives have been saved through their efforts.
Stopping poachers
African elephants and rhinoceros were being killed by poachers at an alarming rate until bloodhounds arrived on the scene. These superstars possess a sense of smell that is believed to be more than 1,000 times more accurate than that of humans. Their long ears assist them by isolating scents on the ground.
These superstars can pick up a scent from tools, clothing, vehicles and footprints even if it is many days old. They then follow that scent until the poacher is located.
Saving swimmers
The Italian Coast Guard has enlisted help in the form of Newfoundland dogs, aptly nicknamed the lifeguard dog. These gentle, intelligent superstars save swimmers in distress. After training, a Newfoundland can jump into the water from a helicopter or speedboat. Their tremendous strength and webbed paws for swimming make them ideal for water rescue.
When time is of the essence in situations like these, a 4-legged superstar can come to the rescue!

The term is believed to have originated from WWII, and food was not wasted as it was limited.
People who ate at restaurants were allowed to take home leftovers in wax paper 食品包裝紙；烘焙紙bags for their dogs.
That's interesting.
These days, humans eat the leftovers and can enjoy the rest of their meal at another time.
