流行時尚變變變 日光下真的有新鮮事嗎？Fashion trends come and go and then come again
就時尚趨勢而言，似乎還真的沒有；流行時尚會為舊風格注入新元素，使之看起來煥然一新。
這種情況每隔二十年到三十年便會出現一次。
看看時下街上行人的穿著或服飾店裡的衣裝款式；可以看到露出肚臍的中空上衣、單寧牛仔外套，以及顏色鮮豔亮麗的襯衫裙裝。
再看看人們的腳，會看到厚底鞋和勃肯鞋。
如果這些聽起來像是二十世紀八O年代的時尚，沒錯，就是。
只不過，為了吸引二十一世紀的消費者，這些服裝款式都做出了些許變化。
為什麼時尚潮流會反覆出現？
其中一個原因也許是設計師從自己父母的穿著打扮攫取靈感。
若真是如此，那麼未來十年內也許將出現上世紀九○年代和二十一世紀初所流行的時尚風潮。
層次交疊的無袖背心上衣、工裝褲、削肩露背裝以及小喇叭牛仔褲或許很快就會再次捲土重來。
Is there really anything new under the sun? When it comes to fashion trends, there doesn't seem to be. Fashion puts a new spin on old styles, making them look new and fresh again. This happens every 20 to 30 years. Look at people today on the street or styles in clothing stores. You'll see crop tops, denim jackets, and shirts and skirts in loud, bright colors.
Look at people's feet, and you'll see platform shoes and Birkenstocks. If those
things sound like 1980s fashion, they are. But there have been some changes to
make those styles appealing to 21st- century consumers.
Why do fashion trends repeat? One reason may be that designers get inspiration from the styles of their parents. If so, the coming decade may see fashions that were popular in the 1990s and 2000s. Layered tank tops, cargo pants, halter tops and bootcut jeans may soon appear again.
