根據艾爾的說法，正向思考的大腦會放多種化學物質，其中一些能使我們處理更多訊息並考慮更多可能性。

他直言：「大腦在正向思考的狀態中，具有三倍的創造力。」在反思二O二一年並且為來年制訂計畫之際，你可以將焦點放在過去的成就上。

Considering the challenges that 2021 brought with it, many of us are eager to close the book on this year. We have high hopes that 2022 will bring better things.

 As it turns out, there are actually things we can do to make the New Year more successful. Happiness expert and author Shawn Achor states that having a positive attitude makes a difference. The writer says that optimism helps us set good goals for the future and better enables us to achieve them.

According to Achor, a positive brain releases chemicals, some of which allow us to process more information and consider more possibilities. "Your brain is three times more creative in a positive state," he says.

 As you reflect on 2021 and make plans for the year ahead, focus on your past achievements. Eliminate negative thoughts about your failures. Ask yourself: "What did I rejoice about this year? What made me come alive? In which areas did I grow?" Your answers should provide a blueprint for success in 2022.
