Some life hacks can help you become a better person. These hacks may not be easy or fast, but they will get you moving in the right direction.
• Read every single day to feed your brain. The more books you read, the more wisdom and new ideas you expose yourself to.
• Get out of your comfort zone. Try a food you've never eaten. Say "yes" when a friend asks you to do something that you'd ordinarily say no to.
● Start a 30-day challenge. Specify a goal and give yourself 30 days to reach it. Your goal could be to start a new habit, such as getting up early. Or take up a new hobby
and become good at it.
• Let go of the past. Is there a grievance or failure from the past that you are
holding onto? Forgive yourself and others and move on.
• Show kindness to others. Being kind helps you develop other qualities such as compassion and patience. When you are kind to others, you will likely feel more
optimistic.
