露西:有些牌子值得多花一點錢,特別是因為他們的好品質。

現在快時尚實在是太氾濫了。

露比:什麼快時尚?

露西:妳知道的,就是便宜的流行服飾,人們穿個幾次就會丟掉的那種。

那對環境真的很不好。

妳知道美國人每人平均一年丢掉大概三十七公斤的衣物嗎?

露比:真的?我不知道。 不過,能花十五美元買到一件恤,又何必付七十五美元呢?

露西:因為品質真的完全不一樣啊。

露比:通常是沒錯啦。不過我還是覺得要看買什麼東西而定。我都會買中等價位的衣服;只因為付了高價未必就表示品質一定好上許多。

露西:嗯,反正我覺得擁有一些名牌外套和鞋子這樣的基本品項很好。喔,還有皮包!我可以用很多年!

露比:我倒不會真的想把東西留著很多年。真正時髦的衣服就穿一季還比較有樂趣

露西:名牌衣服也很時髦啊。

露比:但是,如果妳只用一個東西一季的話,它還值那麼多錢嗎? 還是那只是炫耀?

露西:這倒是有道理。

露比:好啊。我都快餓死了。這裡有什麼好吃的?
