機器終將取代人類？！ Will Machines Replace Humans?

淺談職場機器人的未來走向 The risks and reward of robots in the workplace

威脅到人類工作的發明以前也曾出現過：例如，工業革命期間有許多向來由農夫從事的工作都轉為自動化。

不過，這樣的轉變並沒有全盤否定農夫的重要性，反而還在其他領域創造出新的工作機會。

同樣地，在職場引進機器人也有可能會增加一些像是具備電腦程式設計等類技能的職缺。

此外，有些公司正著手試行人類與機器人一起工作的模式。

舉例來說，Airbnb 正在研發一項科技，能將人類壇製的發明與產品構想幾近立即地轉化成產品。

這將能節省設計過程的時間，但卻不會減少對人類創意的需求。

機器人雖然有用，但絕對無法完全取代人類。

它們也許將開始接手某些類型的工作，但人類仍然必需提供機械所缺乏的創意性與靈活度。

一個機器人愈來愈多的世界不一定表示人類終將成為過去式。

機器人若獲得妥善運用，將能夠助人類從無聊、重複的工作中解放出來，這樣人類才有時間去做只有人才做得到的事。

Inventions that threaten certain jobs have occurred before. For example, during the industrial revolution, many tasks that had been done by human farmers were automated. But this change did not entirely negate the need for human farmers - and it created new jobs in other areas. Similarly, the use of robots in the workplace may create jobs for people with technical skills such as computer programming.

 And some companies are experimenting with ways humans can work alongside robots. For example, Airbnb is developing technology that will take ideas for inventions and products drawn by humans and turn them into products almost instantly. This will save time in the design process, but it won't eliminate the need for human creativity.
