雲雀vs.貓頭鷹 EARLY BIRDS AND NIGHT OWLS

晨型人、夜型人，你是哪種類型?Which bird are you?

早晨還是夜晚?

一天當中的哪個時段你最喜歡，而且覺得頭腦最清楚?

無論你喜歡哪一個，都有一個相對應的名稱。

「晨型人」或是「晨型雲雀」，顯而易見是指早起的人。

這種類型的人早上精力較為充沛，開心愉悅迎接一天。

因為起得早，所以他們到了下午就會沒有什麼能量；因此，晨型雲雀往往早早上床睡覺。

由於多數社會活動都在白天進行，晨型人被視為富有成效的人。

誠如俗話說:「早起的鳥兒有蟲吃。」

「夜型貓頭鷹」或稱「夜貓子」則剛好和晨型雲雀相反。

這類型的人早上最沒精神。

他們寧可多睡幾個小時也不願一早就起床。

不過相反地，夜貓子一到晚上就活了過來。

他們會變得精力充沛，而且還能在月光中汲取靈感；夜貓子能夠熬到深夜也就不足為奇了。

Morning or night? Which time of day do you enjoy the most and are more mentally alert? Whichever one you prefer, there is a name for you.

 Early birds or morning larks, as you can guess, are morning people. They have more energy in the morning and are happy to greet the day. Because they rise early, they lose energy in the late afternoon. Therefore, morning larks tend to hit the hay early.  As most of society runs on daylight hours, morning larks are seen as productive people. As the saying goes: "The early bird gets the worm." 

Night owls are the opposite of morning larks. These people have the least energy in the morning. They would rather get a few more hours of sleep than rise with the sun. But on the flip side, night owls come alive in the late evening hours. They become energetic and find inspiration in the moonlight. It's no surprise that they can stay up well into the night.

That phrase "to be seen as something," that means that they are considered to be a certain way.

But really, how is the process of getting introduced to the company and your new job going?

It's a good system for new employees who didn't intern here.

But for me, it's just jumping through hoops.
