怎樣才能開始有目標地生活？

首先，認真思考自己重視及熱愛的事物。

然後，努力排出固定時間從事這些自己熱愛的事，使之成為首要之務。

當你的生活方式與價值觀相符時，便會感到滿足。

貢獻時間、才能以及金錢。

史丹佛大學研究員發現，在一段關係中，作為「付出者」比作為「接受者」，更能帶給人一個目標明確的人生。

培養感恩。

研究人員發現，那些真誠感謝生活周遭人事物的人更容易無我地為世界做出貢獻。

聖誕節或許已經過去了，不過還有另外一個禮物注定非你莫屬。

聖經中，耶穌基督說到，祂來到世上是為了給每一個人豐盛生活的好禮。

在這個情況下，「豐盛生活」指的是充滿意義、目的和喜樂的人生！

如果你已經嘗試過在所有顯而易見之處尋找自己的人生目標，但總覺得還是缺少某樣東西，何不看看耶穌基督想送你的禮物？

你在這個聖誕節收到的最後一個禮物，可能將會成為你收過最重要的禮物──一個充滿目標、永恆且豐盛的人生。

How can you begin to live purposefully?

. First, reflect on the things that you value and that you are passionate about.

Next, carve out some regular time for those passions, making them a priority.

When your lifestyle matches your values, you feel fulfilled.

• Donate your time, talent and money. Stanford University researchers found that being "the giver" in a relationship provided a more purposeful life than being "the taker."

Cultivate gratitude. Researchers have discovered that those who sincerely appreciate the people and things in their lives are much more apt to "contribute to the world beyond themselves."

Christmas Day might be over, but there's another gift that has your name on

it. In the Bible, Jesus says that He came to earth to offer everyone the wonderful gift of an abundant life. In this case, an "abundant life" refers to a life that's filled with meaning, purpose and joy!

If you've tried to find your life's purpose in all the obvious places, but something's still missing, why not look into Jesus' offer? Your last gift of the Christmas season could be the most important you ever receive an abundant, eternal life filled with purpose.

And my favorite thing about Christmas is just overcoming – overcoming this really busy season and extreme cold to come together with family and friends and celebrate all that we've been through and the birth of Jesus, and just enjoy everything that God has given us.
